Exercise is Good!





finally had some good exercise in Shanghai. Lionel brought us to this sports stadium some distance from school. Six of us went, including Lionel and his 2 Taiwanese flat mates - Shine and Oscar.

Mainly played doubles... my gawd... was doubling up with Shine for most of the part. He's really, really, FREAKING good. i was so stressed i just stood there and didn't dare to do a single thing.

but i learnt alot in the few hours we were there. the guys played points. so i learnt a hell lot of rules about badminton that i never knew before. :) yay!

After Sports FOOD!

you dont feel as guilty when you eat after u exercise. ROCKS! it was Ajisen for dinner.

CS in Shanghai

Yeap, Jingli, Vic, Zhuomin and Amelia popped over from HK for a visit! It was a traumatizing cab experience all the way to Pudong to find the HK peeps.

Here in Shanghai... we get conned everywhere we go. stupid cab drivers. think we're stupid foreigners. (ok yeaaah we are stupid streetwise but not THAT stupid just scared of arguing with them. boohoo.)

I stay in Puxi. Shanghai is divided into Pudong and Puxi, seperated by the river called Huang Pu Jiang. This picture is taken from the Pudong area. Hence the background is Puxi. Get it? it's really developed and REALLY deserted. apparently it was a city constructed in 10 years.
